The daily stress on our bodies takes its toll... It would be nice to be able to end that previous sentence with "as we age..." However, this is not the case. Nutritional deficiencies affect all ages in todays world.

As much as we would like to believe the opposite, even a well balanced diet, full of fruits and vegetables, proteins, grains and dairy, is proving to leave todays body with much in need.
