The daily stress on our bodies takes its toll... It would be nice to be able to end that previous sentence with "as we age..." However, this is not the case. Nutritional deficiencies affect all ages in todays world.

As much as we would like to believe the opposite, even a well balanced diet, full of fruits and vegetables, proteins, grains and dairy, is proving to leave todays body with much in need. This problem relates to the fact that our food sources are being grown and raised with the focus to keep up with supply in demand. This is not good...

The only real solution to this problem is to grow our own fruits, veggies, grains, protein and dairy sources. For some people around the world, this is a possibility and they do it properly, with natural fertilizers and food sources for their animals, but this is rare and for those who do it, extremely difficult.
