My computer technician helped resolve some problems with the system in my home. Weeks later I found a request on 'Thumbtack' from him for SEO services. They do all sort of trouble shooting, networking, pc repair, etc. So I am looking forward to helping them find Miracle-PC.com on Googles first page soon. - RS

What a Difference a Day Makes!

Had to work a little harder for this one.

Did a Free-Press-Release for Brunswick Historical Press but it did not show up for several days when I Google searched for "historical novels B and O railroad".

Then I just by chance found that my description for the press release was attached to the description for a press release about Donald Trump! There was no relationship at all to the keywords in the description.

I sent an email to Free-Press-Release and they took care of the problem promptly (... how...?)>P> So now the press release is #1 on Google for the key words "historical novels B and O railroad". Check it out Yourself! :-)

Another Website in Brunswick Maryland about B and O Railroad

I may be making my own history with the Brunswick Historical Press located near Brunswick, MD.
It is all about the history of the B and O railroad and the characters who were "railroad people". They were everyone involved from the founders, salesmen, engineers, mechanics and all the others who actually made the rairoad grow into one of the largest in the country.
The author, Peter Maynard, has been captivated by the history, the people and the geography of what was once the "Big Blue" B and O and which is now the CSX (whatever THAT stands for).

Today I checked my listings on Google and found a new Personal Best for me. When you search in Google using the words between the quote marks in the title of this blog you will find my Blastomatic website listed at the top of the page among over a billion pages associated with those key words: 1,540,000,000 to be exact!

I am learning about press releases. How they need to be configured, that is.

The title should be as close as possible to the exact first three key words in the key word string. Also,key words - especially the all important FIRST three - need to be found all through the website with speical attention paid to the first sentence and the last sentence of the body of the text. Just be sure not to "jam" in multiple key words in a thoughtless manner.

The Lost is Found !

Another grateful client has found the way to BE found on Google and other search engines. No more will they say I can't find my website on Google

It took a while to get his source code modified which prolonged the time it took to reach the goal. Right now they are at the bottom of the first page of 48,660,000 pages in Google for the key words choose health and wealth and with more time their blog with the link to their home based business will place even higher on the first page.

Low Progress for ChooseAHealthyLife

Today I checked on my key words best home business for the little guy and was suprised to find two of my website on the first page of 272,000,000 pages. Pretty good! But I will feel better when I can see that sort of results with my clients who own the site chooseahealthylife.com and choosehealthandwealth.com They still have some work to do as far as using key words in the titles of their press releases and so forth.

But they will get there if I can just be patient enough

I find that the more SEO I do the easier it is - and quicker! I really like that

Another word: I used to steer away from key words with high search nimbers - but, no longer! Some of the sites at the top of the page have not been optimized as far a key words are concerned but that is compensated by the enormous numbers of links they have on the first page.
It is really helpful, I think, to study the source codes of the top listed sites to see what they do with key words.

Boy,oh boy! Are those key words ever important. My neighbors who are heavily into online marketing paid someone 1400 dollars to help get their website on the first page of Google. But no luck! Nothing happened.
But after they got their keywords more appropriately chosen I used the powerful tools in Veretekk to get them on the first page about an hour after I submitted their press release to the search engines.
Now THAT was impressive!

Cant Find Your Website on Google?

How many time have you searched for your website on Google WITHOUT using the name of the website?

You know: like, "farm fresh apples in Mytown". Where is your website: "www.MyApple Farm.com" ?

I will tell you - it is not to be found!

The reason is that your website source code does not contain the key words that most people might use when searching for fresh apple markets in your town.

I can not tell you how often websites remain hidden from searchers using Google or Yahoo search engines. It is a huge number - more than 50% I would say.

So I developed a simple home business helping my friends get their website found on the search engines.

Do a search for custom design sewing classes boulder and see what you find.

Did SewFreshStudio.com show up on the first page somewhere?

Can't Find Your Website on Google?

SEOFrontRange.com is up and running now.

When I was checking today I googled the title for this page and found "Sebsite" instead of "Website". Sure enough I had a typo in the title tag of my source code. Simple to correct and then re-submitted my website and key word string to Google and next time I check it in the next two days the typo should be gone.

I visited the site for one of our art galleries and clicked on "View Source". They had NOTHING in their title tag except the word "index". They did not even have one key word - none, zip, zero, nada! So now I am trying to find who designed the website for them - - - R.S. 12-29-08

Can't Find Your Website on Google?

Today when I tested my seo for SEOFRONTRANGE.COM I Googled Can't Find your website on Google and my press release for SEOFrontRange popped up at the top of page one of more than 22,000,000 pages for that string of search terms.

When you use the knowledge and skills taught at Veretekk it really is not that hard to do but it takes a while to figure it all out and test your results. Using good key words is the secret --along with the other thngs they teach you.

The plot thickens for find my website on google...

I am almost finished with building my own seofrontrange.com website.

Didn't have time to do it up to now. Just need to add some testimonials and then I can promote the site and get it on the first page of Google. Encountered a lttle challenge in transfering my domain name. It took a lot of time and patience. Just like everything else in my online marketing education through Veretekk. There does not seem to be an easy "work around" for anything. Must just be the price for glory! LOL

BTW, SewFreshStudio is doing just fine. R.S. 12-2-08

Once again one of my clients, Nora at Sewfreshstudio.com, is enjoying a much higher visibility for her custom dress design and art class business.

The job was made simpler because she had multiple web sites with the same key words in them.

Start Up for SEOFrontRange

AMAZING! is what I say when I see a beautiful web site that no one will ever see because they don't yet know the name of the web site or of its owner.

What I have found is that even beautiful complicated web sites with all the bells and whistles frequently do not have any key words associated with them!

Because the search engine spiders only look at html code, if they do not see key words in the code they just ignore the site and give it much lower ranking - like maybe page 1,000 among 400,000 pages - HA!

Thanks to my membership in Veretekk I have learned the basics of search engine optimization and that is helping me help my clients and friends get first page placement on the Google search engines.
