Most of my working life has consisted of alarm clocks, pantyhose, high heels, and someone else�s time clock. And I constantly reminded myself that there MUST be a better way. I knew there had to be something better out there than trading my time (time AWAY from my family I might add) for money. And guess what? I finally found it. I now get up when I wake up, wear pj�s and fuzzy slippers to work if I want to, and the word �time clock� is NOT in my vocabulary any more.

Is Your Diet Making you Crazy???

Oh my goodness! Are you as frustrated as I am with the never ending stream of what to eat, what not to eat� eat eggs, NEVER eat eggs�eat soy, avoid soy at all costs�eat vegetarian, oh, no wait, you need animal fat! What is a body to do?

I lost my sister 18 years ago to breast cancer. She was only 36 years old. Since then, I have read so much about health and wellness that I could probably write a book. (or�maybe a blog at least). My library is filled with books on vegetarianism, books on whole foods, books on anti-aging and disease prevention. You name the subject, chances are I�ve got a book on it. It�s funny�the more I read the more confused I get! It got to the point that I questioned every bite I put into my mouth! Isn�t that crazy???

Ultimately, one learns to listen to their body. If you are a vegetarian and you feel well, you have good checkups and no physical ailments, well then be a vegetarian!
