I'll be back a little later to update you on what has happened to me since Feb 8th. in the last 12 days i have lost 23 pounds. Check back later and I will update you with the facts. Wednesday February 7, 2007 Well it's finally arrived. At first glance at the box, mmmm a 14 day supply that is suppose to
keep me going for a full month? We shall see. Tomorrow is the Official Start day. But 1st things first. Tomorrow at 9:45 AM I have an
appointment at the VA clinic for blood work. Now relax I didn't set this appointment because I was starting on a new diet ( however I
do recommend you consult a physician anytime you start anything like this ) this appointment was set 6 months ago as part of my
VA over 60 preventative maintenance program for us old farts. When I come back next week for the results, I may or I may not tell
my doctor I'm on this 800 calorie a day diet. It all depends on the results. I'm anxious to find out how the Amigo Juice is working on

3. Monday Evening February 5, 2007...
Well i just received notice from Natural Health Labs via email that MY Amigo Weight Loss
products have shipped today. That means now the clock has started to tic. It's coming via 2 day air because it was suppose to ship
out on last Thursday or Friday ( which I found out many did by the way ) but mine didn't of course, and will be here Wednesday
Morning. Oh well I guess this gives me some extra time to get together my mind set. I GOING to do this. Yesterday my Rosie and I
went to a nice Chinese restaurant buffet. ( Oh God I love Them ) I know it will have to be the last Chinese feast for quit a while.

Today I uncovered some startling facts. "Death Begins In The Colon" and Colon Clensing, boy was shocked. Wednesday January 31, 2007, Well, just One More Day to go and it's on THE WAY! As many of you know I'm a professional internet
marketer. Not to be a bragger, I've done pretty well for myself. This Amigo Juice team is taking me right into my retirement years. As
