3. Avoid extended work hours: Establish that hours and stick with that. Control the urge to get to work extended hours to get an assignment finished. Stop working when the time is up and close the door and switch to family mode.
4. Lunch time is to lunch: Go somewhere else and eat your lunch. Even if you have to leave your desk and go another part of your home to eat your lunch. This will help to clear and refreshed mind and get a fresh start when come back.
5. Family dates on a daily basis: Your spouse and children- don�t ignore them. It is very important to spend time with them on a daily basis. Set aside every afternoon to spend time them.

I f you want success in your internet marketing efforts, Call Your Leads when they are fresh! It is an important task for in achieving your goal in internet marketing. I call my fresh leads as soon as they sign up in my Veretekk portals. Calling immediately will make a difference. After all, they took the time to fill up the request form.

They showed interest filling up a form or something like that means they are in need of a service that they expect from you or your company. Get in touch with the leads right away is most important of all. If you don�t, you can almost be sure that you are going to lose that prospect. People are hesitant to call. The main reason is the fear of rejection. The second main reason is that you don�t really know what to say to the leads when you call because you are not well prepared. It helped me a lot. And practice and practice made me better. And I am getting better every day by practice.

The most important technique I learned is this- when you call your leads , you have to have the other human being in mind. At the first contact with your leads, your motive should not be your profit. Share what you know to help them solve other persons� problem in relation to online business and/or internet marketing tips.

Before you pick up the phone and call, understand the purpose of your call. Be aware that your initial conversation should only be to offer help to your lead to achieve their success. Never at first, start talking about your company's products and services unless they ask. Keep the focus on the prospects.

When I call, first ask several questions about their company, what they do and how they do it.
Keep in mind that my goal is to help the person on the other end to solve their issues/problems/situations. This will help you establish enough rapport and trust so you can call these prospects back and be reasonably certain they will take your call. SO let me repeat, at your initial contact your goal is to create trust in you that in turn will make you a person to come to when they need a solution in their internet marketing efforts.

If you have done things correctly in your initial contact, the prospects may express interest in your products and services, and you may be able to sell them something if everything works out ok.

Usually my first contact with the lead goes like this:
�Good morning Ms. (prospect�s Name)�,
�This is (my name) (your company name etc)�.
�The reason I'm calling you today specifically is
that you submitted an online request to access to
an internet marketing tool called Blastomatic. I want to
see if you had a chance to use the tool and have any question on it�.
(then I wait until they respond)
I will continue,
�This tool and other tools that are available in Veretekk can help you
promote you and your online business by improving your SEO(search

Caring For Your Elderly Parents

If you are not already, sooner or later you will have to face the situation of taking care of elderly parents or aging relative that needed help in their day to day activities. Of course there are many elderly individuals live completely independent. But there are and will be more people in their 60s and up would need additional or even complete help even in conducting their basic surviving activities. While more and more baby boomers are becoming more in numbers, families facing this situation be in high numbers.

Your parents brought you to this world and brought you up, spent lots of time, energy and love thinking you will have a good life. Can you not give them at least a small percentage of that care when they are in need? So many younger families simply cannot or not willing to give that care back when needed. For many people it is not that they don�t want to return that care to their parents, but can they afford to do that either time wise or financially affordable. Every day can you take time off from work to feed them on time? Can you afford to hire for help when elderly care cost continues to skyrocket. So can you imagine what situations are we getting into in the near future? Becoming parent of your parents and not knowing what to do!

Is that all right to put them into nursing homes? That is only if you can afford to do it. In an ordinary situation one will give a NO answer to that. But what if their health and disease situation are serious so you have to seek the option of sending them to live in the nursing home. Even though moving out of their home is a very hurting experience for them, sometimes elderly parents may need to be moved out of their home because of illness, or other complicated situations. But you see- elderly care in the home is not always practical. When and if that becomes necessary, it is important to help them feel comfortable and supported.

Time will come when you have to help walk your elderly parents through the final stage of their lives. You may literally wake one morning and they will no longer be with you. Your situation of caring for your elderly parents is temporary. Remember this, you are making the memories that you will recall tomorrow.

To be successful in internet home business marketing, not only you should have products that people will really use, you also will have to have a good marketing system. She stays at home as house mom because she cannot get out there and get a job since she takes care of their son and they buy their food using food stamp. She wants better for them but�. One lucky day she happened to be introduced to a company that allows her to work from home and only costs less than $40 to start. It�s a home based business and it is an amazing opportunity if you are willing to work hard at it.

Let us say- you have a good product, good knowledge to get traffic, writing good copy and other things you have to do your own. Don�t think it is easy to accomplish. People get into internet marketing and cannot understand why they are not making any sales. You will have lot of completion out there. Just having good product and good tools will not put your home business on auto pilot.

Far too many newbie business owners have thought that freedom means they can do whatever they want when they want to earn a profit and they are sorely disappointed when their inconsistent behavior costs them an enormous amount of money.

Here, let me give you one element that will make you successful in your home business- that is working consistently in your marketing efforts. Do this for a change- work on becoming consistent marketer for 45 days and fight resistance, consistently. Make a plan of actions�write them down, put them into your calendar for each day. And get on them every single day. You will achieve great confidence in what you do. When you stayed focused and do things consistently, the confidence level will change. The hardest part of creating a new habit is doing the simple things over and over until they become the norm.

So don�t ever be discouraged when building a business because, all of your ground work will come back in business in a big way if you are consistent and are being consistent with the things that are going to ultimately free up your time. That is what I think the real freedom is.

If you can engage in marketing efforts consistently and repeatedly some surprising things will happen. For one thing you will really good at in your skill. You'll be amazed at how confident you can become by this one simple strategy.
