Multi-level marketing (MLM), also known as Network Marketing, is a business-distribution model that allows a parent company to market its products directly to consumers by means of relationship referrals and direct selling.

This arrangement is similar to franchise arrangements where royalties are paid from the sales of individual franchise operations to the franchisor as well as to an area or region manager. Commissions are paid to multi-level marketing distributors according to the company�s compensation plan. There can be multiple levels of people receiving royalties from one person's sales.

Wall Street is a street in lower Manhattan, New York City, USA. It runs east from Broadway downhill to South Street on the East River, through the historical center of the Financial District. Wall Street was the first permanent home of the New York Stock Exchange; over time Wall Street became the name of the surrounding geographic neighborhood.[1] Wall Street is also shorthand (or a metonym) for "influential financial interests" in the U.S., as well as for the financial industry in the New York City area.

The name of the street derives from the fact that during the 17th century, Wall Street formed the northern boundary of the New Amsterdam settlement. In the 1640s basic picket and plank fences denoted plots and residences in the colony.

Later, on behalf of the Dutch West India Company, Peter Stuyvesant, in part using African slaves, led the Dutch in the construction of a stronger stockade. A strengthened 12-foot (4 m) wall[5] of timber and earth was created by 1653 fortified by palisades. The wall was created, and strengthened over time, as a defense against attack from various Native American tribes, New England colonists, and the British. In 1685 surveyors laid out Wall Street along the lines of the original stockade. The wall was dismantled by the British in 1699. And while the original name referred to the Walloons, the French speaking Belgians that helped populate this settlement in the beginning, the name was now easily taken to refer to the wall that once was here.

In the late 18th century, there was a buttonwood tree at the foot of Wall Street under which traders and speculators would gather to trade informally. In 1792, the traders formalized their association with the Buttonwood Agreement. This was the origin of the New York Stock Exchange.

You may be disheartened somewhat to this statement, but it is simply the truth.
True search engine optimization comes directly from your willingness to sit down in front of your keyboard and pc and start the process known as writing. This writing must be done in a particular way; however, to be effective. I like to call this Spider Writing. In other words, you must write first, for the search engine spiders of Google, then you must write your content for people to find, absorb and understand what you are really all about. Until you arrange your thinking, which is the core of everything done in SEO, to the fact that your information must be published for people to read, then you will not gain search engine rankings, and no one will find the information that you are trying to convey.

Cash will magically flow into their bank account. Unfortunately, this is not quite how it works. Making affiliate marketing a success is an attainable reality but it takes a combination of good marketing practices, hard work and dedication. Here are three simple strategies which should produce the results that will enable youto gradually increase your sales, and become highly successful as an online affiliate.
1. Promote each of your products or opportunities using unique web pages. Build a well laid out, highly focused website. Give each product a clearly well documented page. Include a review of each product or opportunity and of course, testimonials from people who have already tried the product or signed up for the opportunity. This will give your customers confidence in the products or opportunities you are offering on your site and make them want to find out more. Write articles featuring the positive aspects of each or your products or opportunities and include the pages on your website. Use headlines that will attract your visitors and entice them to continue reading and of course, buy your products.
2. Get visitors who are precisely targeted to your products or opportunities. If a person who visits your site has no interest in what you are selling they will probably leave and never come back. My purpose for writing this article is because of an obscure email that I received from a man that I had presented a full range SEO campaign to. I had spent my valuable time in talking with him about the processes that I use in the art and science of SEO. I gave him results, insights, perspectives and to some degree, some of the things that were wrong with the site that he wanted to promote. In other words, I spent my time in talking, and then emailing him, what I do, and the process that I go through when developing a solid SEO campaign.
His secretary called me several times in the course of a two week period and told me that they were impressed with my work, and that I would be getting the job. I told her that I would start conducting some keyword research, and some visualization about the SEO campaign, which is exactly what I did. In other words, I spent more time. You may think that anyone can do what I do on Google. In part, you would be right in your thinking. The point is, search engine optimization is my chosen profession. I am one of the leading SEO masters currently working full time in this process. I did NOT learn my trade overnight, and as a matter of fact, in the last four years, I have worked more hours that most people work in a lifetime with an 8-5 job. I do not complain, condemn or criticize any man, woman or event that happens on this planet. I live an amazing life, and I talk about this very thing called visualization when training others in SEO.
The story continues on. After conducting the keyword research, and gathering my facts together for the campaign, a total which I will say about 4 hours spent of using my talent, expertise and knowledge, I came to the significant choice of the proper keywords to use for his campaign. I do not pull these out of a hat, as it were. There is time, effort and research that goes into every detail concerning search engine optimization work. Time is the most precious of all the elements I am writing about here. I spent my time, my valuable time, because both he and his secretary assured me that I did have the job. They had even gone so far as to check my talents with other references. Everything that I do in SEO is strictly up front and by the Google book of successful promoting.
Stay tuned, because the story gets even better than this. After spending my valuable time in visualization, reflection, research and finally concluding to find the perfect keyword phrase for this guy's website, I received, via email, this response. I will quote this exactly as it was written.

Yes, this mental giant told the true story of both his education, and his thinking. This was the total summation of this morons response to at least $2000 worth of work that I had already done, and not been paid for. He not only did not have the guts or the respect to pickup the telephone, and simply tell me that he could NOT AFFORD my SEO services, he sent an email using an obscure trash email account that I use to send this. I ask you one question. Is my SEO service cheap?
HELL NO!
I have spent thousands of hours in learning search engine optimization, search engine marketing, building effective websites, writing articles, writing blog posts, writing press releases, learning the art and science of total search optimization for sites. This man not only insulted me, but he actually spurred an excellent articles concerning CHEAP SEO
