Over the years there have been many events or forces that have tried to inhibit free thought, free ideas, free enterprise. Whenever there is a downturn in the economy you will find Governments touting that Entrepreneurialismand capitalism do not work. Political parties, Governments and Sovereign nations with specific agendas begin to voice their opinions stating that a "planned economy" or "distribution of wealth" is a far better way to go. In the current economic climate, you will hear it from Leaders who want to control, dictate, and allow government to determine what is best for all. This is not a thriving environment for the Entrepreneur. We have been here before, but as always, the necessity for man to be free and pursue our inalienable rights to individuality, free thinkers and the mavericks have persevered.

Thursday October 24, 1929 the crash of the US stock market, Black Tuesday ushered in a worldwide depression. Funny how history repeats itself.

FDR entered his term of presidency in 1933 with no ideology on dealing with the depression. The New Deal ushered in the age of social reform which meant bigger government. These social programs were meant to be only temporary but most have remained a part of our government programs that we sustain to this day. Created to help those in desperate need at a time when unemployment jumped from 4% to 25% assistance and an out cry from the people required action. Government moved in. Franklin Roosevelt ordered the confiscation of most gold from private citizens. They were to turn in their holdings in exchange for paper currency. Officials explained their currency would be backed by gold in Fort Knox, so people complied. Normally there would be an outcry from the freedom loving Americans for such an executive order to be passed, but these were not the ordinary course of events. Panic, insecurity and fear ruled the day, runs on banks forced FDR to close the banks leaving Americans unsure of what tomorrow would bring. It is very easy to persuade a nation to accept monumental changes in their way of life when there is a major crisis.

Parallel that todays environment. Government stepping in, taking on the responsibility of the banks. A bailout using the people's funds whether free thinking folk agree or not. Gold and other precious metals barely rising in value. Very similar happenings shaping the course of events. The global economy again feeling the ripple effect and the pointing of fingers at whose at fault has begun.

The call for a globalized economy where a government controlled banking system would be the end of free enterprise as we know it. Dreams and aspirations of the individual would all but disappear. That is why it is crucial to join together worldwide here on the Internet. The spirit of Entrepreneurialism, the ability to achieve success is alive and well. There is a great tug of war going on in society. The polarizing effects of our banking institutions has brought it to the fore front. Todays global economy can effect everything. Not only our banking systems, but our very way of life.

Entrepreneurialism is founded on the premise of free thinking individuals. Merit, success, hard work and individual prosperity is rewarded to those who maintain focus and discipline creating a venture that benefits all and the belief in unlimited wealth. That is the essence of Capitalism. Capitalism allows free enterprise to take place and businesses to flourish. It's value is simply based on one thing, the free voluntary judgment of the consumer. Capitalism offers the freedom of choice.

There has been a slow erosion of Capitalism, a shift towards a more all inclusive system that "shares the wealth". The premise is based on the fact that there is a limited amount of wealth to be shared in the world. It must be equally divided thus the work be equally divided. There is no penalty for not meeting the minimum requirement and no reward for individual merit. The mere idea of "shared wealth" minimizes the reward to the hard worker and encourages a dulling of creativity. Now, if you were offered a job that told you no matter what you do, you get paid. You don't get paid more or less than anyone else. There is no additional pay for overtime, but you receive your benefits like everyone else. Sounds secure doesn't it, sounds like an easy way to earn a paycheck. Sounds like Socialism.

Socialism is a utopian ideal that kills free enterprise. It stifles creativity and the entrepreneurial spirit. In Americas's Silicon Valley there were no new IPO's for the second quarter in what was once America's second industrial revolution. There was only One new IPO in the third quarter. Clearly there is a slow down in the economic growth to put it mildly. Complicated tax codes and bureaucratic penalties for doing business in the United States has forced many Industries to outsource or outright leave for kinder shores.

The Internet is the last bastion for the free thinker, the maverick, the maker of dreams that is the Entrepreneur. It is untouched by the bureaucracies of our governments. It offers unlimited wealth for those who are disciplined and work to create innovative opportunities. It reaches every country, every shore, every nook and cranny where the free thinker may exist. Every day, a new dreamer is born ready to live the dream that we here in America created in 1776. The world is a much smaller place with the innovation of the Internet; we don't know where the next Einstein, Alexander Graham Bell, Thomas Edison or Bill Gates will crop up. But as long as the Internet remains the realm of the Entrepreneur, they will be found, cultivated and grown. Capitalism is the hope and dream of many around the world searching for freedom. Wealth and prosperity for the individual IS possible as long as we keep this beacon of light burning strong.

Have You Ever Seen the Face of God?

I have. I am one of the lucky few. He did not show himself to me in an image of Fire or an image of a Mighty Man. He showed himself as the lamb. In the image of a man in a wheel chair. A man in a wheel chair with cerebral palsy. A man left abandoned hoping that a stranger would offer him help.

His will was strong, you could sense the fire within his soul, you could sense his mighty power, it was only his body that had betrayed him. He asked each person as they walked by for assistance and aid, all ignored him, shunned him, and looked the other way. He did not waiver. He remained steadfast.

Finally, a blessed woman stopped to listen although her friend tried unsuccessfully to have her move on. Her dark skin glowed around her face as if she wore a halo. She was to be his guardian angel. He told her of his plight. He had been dropped off by an assistance vehicle service in the wrong area. The driver did not pay attention to the address and simply left him. He was lost and alone. This angel of a woman, armed with her cell phone took action. He provided the number to the service and his id code and she listened, called and demanded they return immediately and drive him to his correct destination.

She stayed with him until he was safely on his way.

She had been tested and deemed worthy.

The scene played out before me. As I sat there, I became filled with a sense of overwhelming peace. I said to myself "so shines a good deed in a weary world". I walked passed the woman and told her "God bless you Angel". I have been changed ever since. There is a sweet smell in the air, the sky is bluer, the clouds are puffier and whiter, the sun shines brighter.

See, I was meant to witness this act. I was outside in that spot for 15 minutes only never to return there for the rest of the day. A portal, a window in time. I know now that our humanity is not lost, that it does still exist.

Why do I share this story?

For I vow, if you reach out, I will be there.

If you fall, I will catch you.

You have a choice who you do business with, how you conduct yourself, who you work with, who you spend your time with.

If you choose me, I will care, make you proud, help you succeed and grow.

It all began over twenty years ago, when Gerri began to suffer from a mysterious ailment leaving her feeling exhausted, with frequent headaches and unable to take care of her young family. When conventional medicine failed to offer her relief, Wayne went searching for new remedies. He was particularly interested in the benefits of trace minerals so abundant in sea vegetables. Wayne experimented with different combinations of ingredients until finally he hit on a winning formula combining nine varieties of sea vegetables and Aloe Vera. Shortly upon drinking this, Gerri said that she felt life coming back into her body, and Body Balance was born.

Leads are created in any number of ways, including PPC (pay per click), organic search (SEO), radio, TV, affiliate network, print, direct mail, telemarketing and/or display advertising.

Which leads are the most effective?

You should really first ask yourself what is my goal in acquiring new leads, how many sales per day do I need, what is the cost per sale I need to obtain, what is the cost per sale in relation to my labor and overhead costs, how much commission do I need to payout to attract the best talent and there are a number of other variables that will be particular to your industry. How much money do I have to float before I�m in the black, what�s the lifetime value of a customer, are you selling a residual based program, are you selling a one-off, do you have the ability to up sell new and existing clients. It is imperative that you have some sense of the above in order to figure out want you need to get out of a lead.

What is a Quality lead?

Our standard definition of a quality lead is when a consumer fills out a lead form with their correct information and who is interested in the product or service offered.

There are many companies generating quality leads where consumers have shown interest or intent in the product or service offered. The next assessment of quality is measured by:

Contact rate - How many people did I talk to that were interested in my product/service from the batch of new leads.

Bad/Numbers Disconnects How many numbers were not working, disconnected or when called you reached the wrong contact person.

Unworkable Leads How many leads were contacted but lost interest, are no longer interested or purchased a competitors service.

Sales How many sales were made from the leads and what was the average revenue per sale.

Using this basic data you will be able to derive metrics that will support a quality ranking from your various lead sources which will help you determine which leads measure up to your quality standards. Once a baseline is constructed it will be easy to add new sources and delete underperforming ones.

What is a lead that comes from the source?

A source lead is one that�s generated by a company where the consumer fills out a lead form that is hosted on an ad server and/or is generated from traffic redirected to your own landing page. The traffic can come from affiliate networks, display advertising, e-mail advertising, search engine advertising or could be a live inbound call to your call center that is a direct result of radio/TV/print/mobile or Internet advertising.

Typically a lead that comes from the source is going to be your cheapest lead. These leads are unfiltered and are as-is which is why the cost of the lead is lower then that of a premium lead.

What is a premium lead?

A premium lead is one that originated at the source but has undergone some type of quality control to remove disconnected/bad numbers and consumers that show no interest in the product or service. This type of lead will cost you more money because someone else�s labor was used to remove unworkable leads. The end result is you spend less labor and time filtering out your leads. A premium lead is great for organizations that have not met their lead threshold and for organizations that are running hybrid campaigns it helps increase labor efficiencies.

What Next?

Each lead type is always dependent on the company�s goals. In many cases a cheaper lead makes sense because even after you use your labor for filtering you still end up with a lower cost per lead, cost per contact and overall lower cost per sale.

Google attracted a loyal following among the growing number of Internet users, who liked its simple design.Off-page factors (such as PageRank and hyperlink analysis) were considered as well as on-page factors (such as keyword frequency, meta tags, headings, links and site structure) to enable Google to avoid the kind of manipulation seen in search engines that only considered on-page factors for their rankings. Although PageRank was more difficult to game, webmasters had already developed link building tools and schemes to influence the Inktomi search engine, and these methods proved similarly applicable to gaming PageRank. Many sites focused on exchanging, buying, and selling links, often on a massive scale. Some of these schemes, or link farms, involved the creation of thousands of sites for the sole purpose of link spamming. In recent years major search engines have begun to rely more heavily on off-web factors such as the age, sex, location, and search history of people conducting searches in order to further refine results.

By 2004, search engines had incorporated a wide range of undisclosed factors in their ranking algorithms to reduce the impact of link manipulation. Google says it ranks sites using more than 200 different signals. The three leading search engines, Google, Yahoo and Microsoft's Bing, do not disclose the algorithms they use to rank pages. Notable SEOs, such as Rand Fishkin, Barry Schwartz, Aaron Wall and Jill Whalen, have studied different approaches to search engine optimization, and have published their opinions in online forums and blogs.[9][10] SEO practitioners may also study patents held by various search engines to gain insight into the algorithms.

By 1997 search engines recognized that webmasters were making efforts to rank well in their search engines, and that some webmasters were even manipulating their rankings in search results by stuffing pages with excessive or irrelevant keywords. Early search engines, such as Infoseek, adjusted their algorithms in an effort to prevent webmasters from manipulating rankings.

Due to the high marketing value of targeted search results, there is potential for an adversarial relationship between search engines and SEOs. In 2005, an annual conference, AIRWeb, Adversarial Information Retrieval on the Web, was created to discuss and minimize the damaging effects of aggressive web content providers.

SEO companies that employ overly aggressive techniques can get their client websites banned from the search results. In 2005, the Wall Street Journal reported on a company, Traffic Power, which allegedly used high-risk techniques and failed to disclose those risks to its clients. Wired magazine reported that the same company sued blogger and SEO Aaron Wall for writing about the ban. Google's Matt Cutts later confirmed that Google did in fact ban Traffic Power and some of its clients.

Some search engines have also reached out to the SEO industry, and are frequent sponsors and guests at SEO conferences, chats, and seminars. In fact, with the advent of paid inclusion, some search engines now have a vested interest in the health of the optimization community. Major search engines provide information and guidelines to help with site optimization. Google has a Sitemaps program to help webmasters learn if Google is having any problems indexing their website and also provides data on Google traffic to the website. Google guidelines are a list of suggested practices Google has provided as guidance to webmasters. Yahoo! Site Explorer provides a way for webmasters to submit URLs, determine how many pages are in the Yahoo! index and view link information.

Webmasters and content providers began optimizing sites for search engines in the mid-1990s, as the first search engines were cataloging the early Web. Initially, all a webmaster needed to do was submit the address of a page, or URL, to the various engines which would send a spider to "crawl" that page, extract links to other pages from it, and return information found on the page to be indexed. The process involves a search engine spider downloading a page and storing it on the search engine's own server, where a second program, known as an indexer, extracts various information about the page, such as the words it contains and where these are located, as well as any weight for specific words, and all links the page contains, which are then placed into a scheduler for crawling at a later date.

Site owners started to recognize the value of having their sites highly ranked and visible in search engine results, creating an opportunity for both white hat and black hat SEO practitioners. According to industry analyst Danny Sullivan, the phrase search engine optimization probably came into use in 1997.

Early versions of search algorithms relied on webmaster-provided information such as the keyword meta tag, or index files in engines like ALIWEB. Meta tags provide a guide to each page's content. But using meta data to index pages was found to be less than reliable because the webmaster's choice of keywords in the meta tag could potentially be an inaccurate representation of the site's actual content. Inaccurate, incomplete, and inconsistent data in meta tags could and did cause pages to rank for irrelevant searches. Web content providers also manipulated a number of attributes within the HTML source of a page in an attempt to rank well in search engines.

By relying so much on factors such as keyword density which were exclusively within a webmaster's control, early search engines suffered from abuse and ranking manipulation. To provide better results to their users, search engines had to adapt to ensure their results pages showed the most relevant search results, rather than unrelated pages stuffed with numerous keywords by unscrupulous webmasters. Since the success and popularity of a search engine is determined by its ability to produce the most relevant results to any given search, allowing those results to be false would turn users to find other search sources. Search engines responded by developing more complex ranking algorithms, taking into account additional factors that were more difficult for webmasters to manipulate.

I have been taking the Sonoran Bloom product Nopolea for over a month now. I started taking it because of my Bell's Palsy. Bell's Palsy is caused from the same herpes virus that causes Shingles and Chicken Pox.

Bell's Palsy occurs when the restricted tunnel that the facial nerves run through gets inflamed and the subsequent swelling renders those nerves ineffective causing paralysis of the side of the face respectively.
